July was all about pushing Kansaro beyond workpapers and into addressing those micro-tasks that are performed daily by auditors, but that can take an outsized amount of time to complete. We took a step back to really think through how AI is best positioned to compliment the auditor in these wildly different tasks.

Introducing workflows

Workflows is our answer to this question. Each workflow is built around completing a single task with speed, accuracy, and confidence. They are a guided experience as well, letting you focus on just the task at hand without distraction.

Control gap analysis

One of the most time-consuming tasks we have been asked about is understanding the control gaps in your environment. Analyzing your existing risks, policies, and frameworks and then comparing it to your existing controls can be very time consuming process, but very necessary to understand where the gaps may exist. Our new control gap analysis workflow makes this a breeze.

Keeping in line with Kansaro's core principles, we wanted to ensure that the output was accurate and easily verifiable. It isn't enough to simply point out which controls match, we also needed to be able to tell you why and show you annotated evidence in the source documents.

Workflows are available starting today.
